We start at the street in front of your home, and continue to the inside of your home. We complete an extensive and thorough inspection of your home. Please go to the Service section to see a complete list of all services provided.

How often will you check out my house?

We will work out a weekly or bi-weekly schedule to fit your budget and lifestyle.

What if a problem occurs at my home?

You will be notified immediately! Your service professional will be called or we have repairmen available.

How will I know when you visit my home?

At our
initial meeting a representative will review
your detailed step by step checklist that will
be performed per your schedule. These reports
will be dated and available for your review upon
your return. If you prefer we can fax or email
this report to you while you are away. Also we
can call your vacation house or cell phone from
your home. The number of your home willl appear
on your caller i.d., we allow the phone to ring
twice and you will see your home number. That
means we have completed an inspection and everything
is ok. If the phone continues to ring, there
is an issue and we need to talk to you.
